My son has just got a Megane Convertible, 55 Reg, and has a problem with his rear windows. Neither of the rear windows operate from their individual switches, and the passenger side, which stopped working a few days ago in a semi-open position, cannot be closed. I checked the 40 amp fuse in the glove box, which had blown.
Clean the connector on the regulator and the other side on the harness. The wide pin often receives thermal damage due to high current. I use silver conductive paint for restoring the coating on the contacts. For instructions about disassembly refer to the manual in the sticky thread above this one. AlexB.

First, check the fuse box to see if the fuse for the window is blown. If it is, replace it with a new fuse. Next, check the wiring to see if there are any loose connections. If so, tighten them up. Finally, check the window motor to see if it is working properly. If it is not, you will need to replace it.
